Control measures put in place by HSCT to help combat coronavirus

Here at HSCT we take the health and safety of our staff and clients very seriously, which is why we have implemented many different measures to prevent infection and spread of the virus.

So what is HSCT doing?

  • Social distancing.(learners, staff and vistitors will keep 2 metres apart)
  • Face masks to be worn at all times (supplied by client).
  • Reduced class sizes.
  • Personal hand sanitisers provided.
  • Reduced staff numbers.
  • Increased cleaning regimes.
  • Pre-course screening questionnaire to be completed before attending our facilities (attached below).
  • Completion of a detailed risk assessment (communicated to our clients prior to course commencement).
  • Use of medical non-contact infrared thermometers to take learners temperature before entering the premises (anyone who appears to have a temperature over 37.8C will be told to leave the premises).
  • All hand equipment used is thoroughly sterilized  between each use.
  • Car sharing is not permitted unless appropriate control measures are put in place (separating screens).
  • When available, pre-course testing will be carried out.
  • Where possible, disposable accouterments will be used and disposed of appropriately. (plastic spoons, cups, plates)
