Virtually everyone involved in a construction project has legal duties under the new CDM 2016 – there is no exclusion for small projects or domestic projects.

Course pre-requisites
Learners are required to be 16 years of age or above.
Course content
- Recognise and state the statutory requirements and relevant Approved Codes and guidance documents
- What comes under the scope of the CDM Regulations
- Roles, Responsibilities and Duties
- When are works notifiable to the HSE
- Understand what should be included within a construction phase plan
- Understand what should be included within a safety file
- Complete a mock NI10 Notification form for HSE
